We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of low-toxin sealing and caulking materials. Products may be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided they meet the following conditions:

• Products must be in original, unopened packaging
• Products must be unused and in original condition
• Original proof of purchase must be provided
• Products must not have been damaged by the customer

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Opened or used products
• Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage
• Custom or special order items
• Products purchased more than 30 days ago

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

2. Package the item securely in its original packaging
3. Include the original receipt or proof of purchase
4. Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team

Refund Processing

Exchanges
